Michael Anthony is a proud construction partner to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and E4H Architecture in completing the newly renovated multi-phased 80,600 sf Rockefeller Research Laboratories project at 430 East 67th Street, NY. The multi-year project includes a new epigenetics program on the 4th floor supporting ongoing chemistry, biology, and proteomics research. The 13th floor 15,600 sf project includes a mass spectrometer, wet and dry labs and a new roof-top air handling unit to support the mass spec unit, new chemical storage area, support staff and administrative offices. Upgrades were made to laboratories throughout the building, the buildings corridors, existing offices and conference spaces on floors 2 through 10.

The lobby expansion of the existing east and west lobbies within the Bedford building not only opens up the space but also adds modern elegance and functionally. The project includes new cast in place vestibules, new exterior glass curtain walls, the stairs have been relocated to improve flow and interior partitions reconfigured. The student lounges and the lobby bathrooms were completely renovated. 1st and 2nd floor corridors were furnished with new finishes and lighting.
