Neil Formisano serves as Chief Solutions Provider at MACC, bringing more than four decades of specialized experience in healthcare, life sciences, and higher education construction. Throughout every phase of the project life cycle, from planning and design through construction and commissioning, Neil partners closely with owners and project teams to identify challenges early and deliver practical, innovative solutions that reduce cost, compress schedules, and add measurable value for clients. Known for turning complexity into clarity and risk into certainty, he consistently ensures that mission-critical facilities are delivered on time, on budget, and optimized to support superior patient care, scientific discovery, and academic excellence. Mariusz Swierzbinski serves as General Superintendent at MACC, bringing more than 25 years of dedicated service with the firm. With extensive experience managing field operations, he leads the company’s team of superintendents and oversees site operations, trade coordination, scheduling, and safety compliance across complex healthcare, higher education, and life sciences projects. Throughout every phase of construction, Mariusz aligns trades, logistics, and planning to support efficient execution while ensuring strict compliance with drawings, specifications, and project scopes.
